*Q: What should I do if I haven't received my package?*
A: If you have the tracking number for your package, you can check it on our order inquiry page. If not, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +852 56107951 or email lumiclothingco.hk@gmail.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
*Q: How should I pay for my order?*
A: Our website currently only accepts bank transfers, PayMe, and FPS. We will gradually add more payment methods.
*Q: Is your website secure?*
A: You can shop with confidence; shopping on our online store is safe. We use the latest security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details (such as your name, address, and bank details) are secure.
*Q: Can I return or exchange the products? *
A: Please refer to our refund policy for returns or exchange of the products. https://lumiclothingcohk.myshopify.com/policies/refund-policy/
We do not offer return or exchange except for defective products or huge color mismatch (and we did not inform you about the possible color mismatch beforehand). Please contact our team for return/exchange within 3 calendar days upon receiving the products. Shipping fee for both return and exchange will be covered by customers.
*Q: Can I modify my order?*
A: Once you place an order, you cannot change any details. Our warehouse team receives the order directly and has already begun processing it.
About Shipping
*Q: What shipping methods can I choose for my products?*
A: We only offer SF Express shipping. If your order totals over 500 HKD, you can enjoy free local shipping to SF Express Station s and SF lockers. If your order is less than 500 HKD, the shipping fee will be paid upon delivery.
*Q: What areas do you deliver to?*
A: Currently, we only ship to the following area: Hong Kong, Macau
*Q: How long does shipping usually take?*
A: For in-stock products, we will ship within 3-5 working days. Pre-order items require 7-14 working days for shipping, so please check if the product is a pre-order before placing your order. Once shipped, you can track your package using the SF Express tracking number.

A 現貨產品我們會在3-5個工作天發貨。預訂款的產品需要 7-14個工作天發貨,下單前請留意是否是預訂款的產品。順豐寄出後可以用順豐訂單號碼追蹤包裹。
