Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/ Exchange

Returns or Exchange are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective (i.e. damaged, torn or faulty)
  • There is huge color mismatch between the product ordered and the item received (and we did not inform you about the possible color mismatch beforehand) 

Non-Eligible items 

  • Not defective or mismatched in color
  • Used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

*Size chart has a normal tolerance of 1-3 cm. We do not accept returns or refunds due to size issues.*
All return requests must be approved by our team prior to processing.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact our team for return/exchange within 3 calendar days upon receiving the products. Please include clear photos/videos of the defect or color discrepancy. 
  2. Once approved by us, please ship the items back to us in their original conditions, including tags and packing. Please contact our team for the exact return address.
  3. Shipping fee for both return and exchange will be covered by customers.
  4. Once the product is received and approved by our team, we will initiate the refund or exchange procedures.  Approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we received and inspect the item(s).
