Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns/ Exchange
Returns or Exchange are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The item received is defective (i.e. damaged, torn or faulty)
- There is huge color mismatch between the product ordered and the item received (and we did not inform you about the possible color mismatch beforehand)
Non-Eligible items
- Not defective or mismatched in color
- Used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
*Size chart has a normal tolerance of 1-3 cm. We do not accept returns or refunds due to size issues.*
All return requests must be approved by our team prior to processing.
Return Process
- Contact our team for return/exchange within 3 calendar days upon receiving the products. Please include clear photos/videos of the defect or color discrepancy.
- Once approved by us, please ship the items back to us in their original conditions, including tags and packing. Please contact our team for the exact return address.
- Shipping fee for both return and exchange will be covered by customers.
- Once the product is received and approved by our team, we will initiate the refund or exchange procedures. Approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we received and inspect the item(s).
